Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a part-time Sign Language Interpreter to provide high quality American Sign Language interpreting via video in a call center and on-site at various customer locations. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, and strict adherence to NAD-RID codes of conduct.

Responsibilities include interpreting across video relay and on-site settings, maintaining professional customer interactions, and complying with FCC regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English are required.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.
• Understand and adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing technologies and fast-paced environments.
