Mass Park Inc. in Worcester, MA is hiring a part-time Shuttle Driver (7am–12pm) to operate local routes with 14-passenger shuttles. No CDL is required to start, with higher pay for CDL holders. Weekly payroll and flexible shift options are offered.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, safely shuttling customers, door operations, and strict adherence to traffic laws. DOT medical card is required; we provide support to obtain it. Background checks and driving tests apply.

Formación

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• DOT Medical card required (we will pay for a qualified applicant to obtain it).
• Background checks and driving tests will be conducted.
• Professional driving experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can.
• Safely shuttling customers to various destinations.
• Opening and closing doors for patrons.
• Adhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles.
• Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers via radio.
• Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements.
• Recording passenger counts and trip times.
• Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations.
• Assisting in equipment setup and break down (i.e. signs, cones, etc.).
• Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness.
• Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management.
• Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations.
