Job summary

Valet Park of America in Worcester, MA is hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time or part-time year-round shifts. Roles on a walk-on 14-passenger fleet do not require a CDL, with CDL holders earning extra pay. Shifts are 6am-9am and/or 2pm-6pm, Monday through Friday, with 2, 3, or 5 shifts per week.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with weekly payroll. DOT medical card required; if needed, the company will assist with obtaining it. Professional driving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• DOT Medical card required (paid for if needed).
• No CDL required; CDL holders earn extra.
• Availability for 6am-9am and/or 2pm-6pm Mon–Fri; 2, 3, or 5 shifts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons politely and assisting them.
• Safely shuttling customers to destinations.
• Opening and closing doors for patrons.
• Adhering to traffic laws/signs for safe operation.
• Communicating with customers and staff (radio).
• Completing required pre-trip inspections for safety compliance.
• Recording passenger counts and trip times.
• Completing daily paperwork.
• Assisting in equipment setup and breakdown.
• Sweeping shuttles and maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicating mechanical problems to management.
• Following company shuttle procedures.
