Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will create a welcoming store atmosphere, help customers find the perfect fit, and represent our brand with enthusiasm.

In this role you’ll handle daily store tasks, support inventory and pricing, contribute to a collaborative team, and participate in training to develop your sales and product knowledge while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with team at all levels.
• Capable of independent judgment with management guidance.
• Solid understanding of basic retail practices and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
