Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations, inventory, and pricing while supporting sales goals and delivering the Famous Feeling to every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to build relationships with store staff and customers.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible retail schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Demonstrates knowledge of retail practices and in-store operations.
