Job summary

SureWerx is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Shipping Coordinator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Jefferson, Ohio. As a key member of our shipping operations, you will ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of UPS orders and manage logistics for outgoing shipments.

The ideal candidate must have experience with shipping software, exhibit strong attention to detail, and be able to handle light assembly tasks. We value team players who can thrive in a collaborative environment, and previous experience with LTL freight quoting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must live within the Jefferson, Ohio commuting area.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull items for UPS orders based on packing slips.
• Book UPS pickups and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Obtain and compare quotes for LTL freight.
• Conduct final inspections on all orders.
• Perform minor manufacturing tasks or light mechanical assembly.

Skills

Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software

Familiarity with LTL freight quoting

Attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
