Job summary

Purdue Extension Education Store is seeking an Associate Operations Clerk. This role handles order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and restocking, with lifting up to 40 lbs. Provides front-line support to external customers and internal partners, assists with online content display, calls and messages, email triage, and credit card processing.

0.5 FTE (~20 hours/week) with benefits. Responsibilities include pulling orders, restocking, and inventory; customer service via email and phone; and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders and ships materials, restocks publications, and maintains inventory.
• Provides customer service via email and phone.
• General operations support to the office manager and staff.
