Job summary

CVS Health in Manteo, NC is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty through outstanding service. In the absence of a manager, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, supervise daily activities, and maintain accurate merchandise presentation.

This role offers 20 weekly hours with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints in line with policy.
• Maintain stock and merchandise displays, price merchandise and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal inventories.

Education

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
