Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Rockford, IL to support store operations and customer service excellence. You’ll lead the team in the absence of a manager, coordinate opening/closing tasks, and ensure the store runs smoothly while upholding CVS standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving, with a 20-hour weekly schedule and pay range of $16.50 to $24.00 per hour. Retail experience is preferred, diploma not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in partnership with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store team through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory.
