Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Manhattan Beach, CA to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff in the absence of a manager and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, while promoting the CVS customer service culture.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Approx. 24 hours per week with pay at $19.92 per hour and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and collaborate with store management to drive execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
