Club Demonstration Services in Minnesota is seeking a Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor for Costco events to lead demos and engage customers.

You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members while ensuring safety and great customer service.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18+ years old.
• Available 4+ days per week, including Sunday and Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, setup and breakdown of demos.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
