Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor for Costco in Saint Cloud, MN to lead live demonstrations and ensure smooth store operations.

You will supervise demos, train team members, and coordinate with store leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work 4+ days including Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
• Support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
