Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator in Minnesota at our Costco demo program. You will help manage daily store operations, assist with event openings and closings, and support safety, product quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable supporting demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures for events
• Support adherence to safety, customer service, product quality, cleanliness standards
• Serve as a role model and resource for other staff
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers during demos
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections
