Job summary

CVS Health in Ventura, CA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence while building loyalty among customers and communities.

You will lead the team when a manager is unavailable, oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise crew, manage merchandise and displays, and ensure a safe, helpful shopping experience for every CVS customer.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; may work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when the manager/Operations Supervisor is not onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew via assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints while upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
