Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Lawrenceville, IL to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and strengthen customer service excellence across CVS/pharmacy. In this part-time role you will supervise the store crew, lead opening and closing procedures, assist customers with questions, promote a positive shopping experience, and ensure correct merchandising and stock levels.

The pay range is $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, and eligibility for benefits depends on hours

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew and supervise activities.
