Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy in a part-time role. You’ll support the Store Management team, lead staff when managers aren’t present, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on excellent customer service.

You’ll handle opening/closing duties, supervise tasks, and help maintain inventory and displays while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and uphold quality standards.
