CVS Health in New York (Town of Grand Island) is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, supervise staff when management is absent, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will assist customers, maintain shelves, price merchandise, and uphold CVS customer service standards while protecting confidentiality; the role offers a flexible schedule with early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and seasonal items.
