Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain operations to deliver a great shopping experience.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist customers, merchandise displays, and uphold company policies while working a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage work effectively with store management and crews; supervise and direct activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Merchandise and present stock, price, sign, and maintain displays per weekly promotions.
