Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering excellent customer service and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

In this role you will lead the crew when managers are not onsite, supervise tasks, price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments per promotional plans.

Strong communication, analytical skills and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per promotions and plans.
• Maintain customer information confidentiality and safety standards.
