Job summary

CVS Health in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, greet customers, handle questions and problems, and help with merchandising and inventory tasks following store standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crews and coordinate with store management.
• Direct and follow up on all activity to ensure smooth operations.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories according to planograms.
