Job summary

CVS Health in Allentown, PA, seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations with a strong focus on customer service.

In the absence of a manager, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, completes opening/closing procedures, coordinates with management, and drives store performance while maintaining a high level of customer care. A flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
