Job summary

ThisWay is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for our Costco location in Lantana, FL. You will drive sales by engaging customers, running live events and product sampling, and supporting management as needed.

Responsibilities include presenting brands to shoppers, maintaining a clean work area, and delivering excellent service while upholding safety standards. Training is provided; growth is possible with strong performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
