ThisWay is partnering with Costco in Lake Zurich, IL to invite a Part Time Shift Supervisor who drives sales through live events and product sampling. You’ll support management, supervise shifts, and help maintain a welcoming, safe retail environment.

You’ll work 2–3 shifts per week, have opportunities for growth, and receive a comprehensive benefits package as part of a flexible, customer-focused team. Costco is a dynamic, consumer-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning a work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as part of a team
