Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a personable Brand Ambassador to help shape in-store and community-based shopping experiences in Lawrence, KS. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales at live events and sampling activations, working closely with management to meet goals.

This role requires energy, reliability, and teamwork, with training provided. Part-time shifts 2–3 per week (including weekends) and opportunities to grow as the program expands.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
