Advantage Solutions is seeking motivated team members to drive sales through live events and sampling right where customers shop in Bend, Oregon. No experience required; training provided; you’ll engage with shoppers, support management, and help brands come to life.

Work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with up to 50 lbs lift, flexible scheduling, and benefits options you can customize to fit your family's needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
