Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store leadership, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the team and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise staff, assist customers, manage merchandise, and uphold CVS Health standards. The role requires flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical/computer skills required.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and communicate with management
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments per planograms (POGs)
