Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for your shift and help departments achieve goals.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, staffing and scheduling.
• Train crew and other managers to run great shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain quality production.
