Job summary

RPM Pizza in Mobile, AL is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store operations. You will train Team Members, uphold brand standards, and help the store hit performance targets in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 18+ years old, completion of RPM training, strong communication, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and Food Safety certification. Collaborative with the GM on scheduling and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
