Job summary

RPM Pizza in Leesville, LA is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver great customer service, and support store goals. You will model company policies, oversee Team Members on shift, and complete Domino’s and RPM training, including Pizza College courses.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
