Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and coach Team Members in Covington, LA. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, upholding brand standards and completing RPM training programs, including Pizza College.

The position requires operating a high-volume store, managing labor, safety, and inventory, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive (where applicable).
• Completion of RPM training programs (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment and manage time effectively.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
