Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant store environment.

The role requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with a typical weekly commitment of 25 hours.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays; manage price tagging and signage.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain stock accuracy.
