Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in California is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead staff when managers are offsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

This role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, price tagging, stock, and the smooth operation of daily workflows. The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, strong communication and analytical thinking,

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

Supervise the store staff and assist store management to drive store execution.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
Execute the displays, sign and inventory accordingly and reset departments following POGs.
