CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution when a manager is not onsite. You will lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and promote a positive CVS customer experience.

You will supervise customer service, merchandising, and daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and a friendly shopping environment for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Price, stock and merchandise management, displays and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and support a positive shopping experience.
