Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Greenwich, CT. You will support the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are absent, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints and merchandising duties. Hours may include early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when no manager present and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and address questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price and stock merchandise; ensure displays and weekly promotions are maintained.
• Reset departments following standard plans and merchandising guidelines
