Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is hiring a part-time Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and promotional events in Ridgefield, WA. You will assist with opening/closing duties, set up demo carts and equipment, and actively engage customers during product demonstrations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and safety compliance, with no prior experience required and training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and events, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Contribute to food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
