Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to help manage daily store operations for events in Orland Park, IL. You will open/close during events, educate customers, and promote products with enthusiasm. You will assist with setup, safety checks, and maintain clean, organized demo areas while engaging Costco members.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; 18+ years old and available 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, is expected. Competitive wages apply.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing operations for events. They will support adherence to all warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality, operations and store cleanliness and serve as a role model & resource for other staff. The Shift Coordinator, while performing breaks or events, will influence the buyer’s behavior through customer education, engagement, and enthusiastically promoting and demonstrating the product.

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Arecomfortable supporting demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly

• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
