Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) seeks an energetic Shift Coordinator to help run store events and daily operations in Hawaii. You will interact with customers and management, assist with setup and teardown, and promote products through engaging demonstrations.

You’ll support safety, cleanliness, and product quality while working 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and you may lift up to 50 lbs during duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Able to support product demonstrations and set up/remove equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing for events.
• Support adherence to safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Influence customers through education and enthusiastic product demonstrations.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing operations for events. They will support adherence to all warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality, operations and store cleanliness and serve as a role model & resource for other staff. The Shift Coordinator, while performing breaks or events, will influence the buyers' behavior through customer education, engagement, and enthusiastically promoting and demonstrating the product.
