Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking a part-time Shift Coordinator to help operate in-store demos. You will support daily store operations, including opening and closing for events, and promote products through engaging demonstrations.

In this role you will educate customers, work safely, handle setups and breakdowns for carts and equipment, and collaborate with store teams to ensure a positive experience for Costco members.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Are comfortable supporting demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
