CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in Sharon, MA is seeking a part-time Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations during events. You will assist with opening and closing, ensure safety and cleanliness, and model excellent service while educating customers.

No prior experience required as training is provided. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused demeanor and ability to interact with customers and management.
• Age 18 or older as required.
• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations for events.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and store cleanliness standards.
• Educate and engage customers during product demonstrations.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment, and supplies for demo events.
