Zusammenfassung

The Safe Alliance is seeking a part-time Family Shelter Resident Advisor for Grove Campus in Austin, TX. You will provide immediate resident support, assist with shelter operations, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for survivors within the Family Shelter.

You will work a Saturday/Sunday 7am–3pm shift, adhere to trauma-informed care practices, and coordinate with shelter staff to support residents throughout their stay. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Provide immediate resident support to shelter residents.
• Assist in creating a welcoming, inclusive, client-focused environment.
• Maintain front desk coverage and complete shift notes and required documentation.
