Responsibilities

• Cook meals for shelter residents, including evenings, holidays and weekends as directed.
• Maintain and follow USDA guidelines for meal preparation.
• Develop menus and manage food inventory.
• Assist in food ordering and purchasing as needed.
• Keep kitchen and pantry clean and sanitary; ensure safety of temperatures.
