Job summary

Grants Pass Automotive is seeking a part-time Service Receptionist to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will be the first contact for customers and vendors, handling calls, scheduling inbound appointments, and routing inquiries to the right people to maximize satisfaction.

The role requires outstanding customer service, strong communication, and prior dealership experience. This position is part-time with weekend work and offers a supportive, friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• College training or a degree in marketing, customer relations, business administration or related field, preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Three or more years in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle operations, features, parts and systems.
• Proficient in PC software programs and computer use.
• Honesty and Integrity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealership to customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate department.
• Set appointments for inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• File documents per filing procedures.
• Work with service advisor to fill the schedule and answer questions.
• Assist Service Advisors with customer concerns occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
