Job summary

Grants Pass Automotive is seeking an energetic Part-Time Service Receptionist to join our service call center. The Receptionist is the first contact for customers and vendors, handling calls, setting inbound appointments, and routing inquiries to the correct department.

We offer $18 per hour plus bonus, with about 24 hours per week and Saturdays required (no Sundays). The position includes employee discounts and a friendly, team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Properly represent the dealership to customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls from customers and vendors and route to the appropriate department.
• Set appointments for inbound calls from customers and vendors.
• File all documents per established filing procedures.
• Coordinate with service advisors to fill the schedule and answer questions.
• Assist Service Advisors with customer concerns when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
