Grants Pass Toyota is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through the repair process with exceptional service.

You will greet vehicle owners, collect information, prepare estimates, and obtain authorization before work begins. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and clear communication with customers and technicians.

• Greet customers in the service drive and obtain vehicle information.
• Generate repair orders based on customer concerns and prepare cost estimates.
• Obtain authorization before work is performed and review multi-point inspections.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Oversee flow of the drive lane and coordinate with technicians and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Grants Pass Toyota Service Advisor, you will oversee our customers' service experiences. You'll serve as their initial point of contact, you will be knowledgeable about our service offerings and dedicated to outstanding customer care. From greeting vehicle owners on the service drive to guiding them through the repair process, our Service Advisors are adept professionals who derive satisfaction from assisting others. Previous experience in automotive service is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in service drive.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Generate repair orders based on customer concern.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Obtain authorization before work is performed.
• Review multi-point inspection with customer.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Other duties assigned.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service role, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience.
