Germain Ford of Beavercreek is hiring a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to efficiently schedule and confirm service appointments for the dealership’s service department. The role emphasizes clear communication and meticulous scheduling to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Working Monday through Friday 3pm-7pm with occasional Saturdays, you will manage the appointment calendar, answer calls and emails, and coordinate with service advisors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
