Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities within a fast-paced team focused on service and teamwork.

You will greet customers, recommend tires and services, explain vehicle recommendations clearly, and collaborate with technicians to keep operations running smoothly. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and assist with shop flow when needed.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Recommend tires, repairs, and services based on customer needs.
• Explain vehicle recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
