Big Brand Tire & Service in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Part-Time Service Advisor to greet customers, recommend tires and services, and document findings with accuracy. You’ll collaborate with technicians to guide customers through options and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
• Recommend tires, repairs, and services based on customer needs
• Explain vehicle recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Perform visual inspections and document findings
• Help maintain showroom appearance and inventory standards
• Work closely with technicians and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
