Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable recommending products and services.
• Organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and assist with shop flow when needed.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.
• Recommend tires, repairs, and services based on customer needs.
• Explain vehicle recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships.Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Help maintain showroom appearance and inventory standards.
• Work closely with technicians and teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
