Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Middlebury, VT is hiring servers for The Residence at Otter Creek. The roles include Full-Time and Part-Time positions with Nights and Weekends required, offering a wage band of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Provide high level of customer service in a dining setting.
• English communication is essential.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
• Set tables per LCB standards and serve beverages as requested.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs and events.
