Arrow Senior Living is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server in Hilliard, OH. You will greet residents, seat them, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The role emphasizes cheerful interaction, preparation of dining spaces, and collaboration with the team to ensure smooth service. Applicants should be at least 16, able to read and speak English at an 8th-grade level, and capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting residents as needed.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Mingle, entertain, and foster connections among residents.
• Prepare tables and dining setup for service.
• Buss tables and keep dining areas tidy throughout shifts.
• Communicate dietary changes or concerns to supervisors as needed.
